The Coat of Arms of Gazankulu is a heraldic design representing the former homeland of Gazankulu in South Africa. It was officially adopted on April 27, 1983. The shield is divided per pale into two parts. The dexter (right) side features a gold-colored zebra with black stripes standing on a green field, symbolizing the Venda people who are native to Gazankulu. The sinister (left) side displays three vertical red bars on a white background, representing the Shangaan tribe that also inhabits the region. Above the shield, there is an open book with a scroll emerging from it, signifying education and knowledge. The motto "Nkadimokwena" ("We are watchful") appears beneath the shield. This coat of arms embodies the cultural diversity and heritage of the Gazankulu community.
