An eight-year-old limited-edition Islay single malt from Bruichladdich, distilled in 2010 using a 2009 harvest of Bere barley grown throughout the Orkney Islands. On the nose aromas of cereal, malt and porridge are balanced by intense fruit, peaches in syrup, lemon meringue pie, oak, honey, vanilla, coffee and coconut. The palate offers notes of malted barley, honey, peaches, chocolate, cinder toffee and apricot jam.

Bruichladdich Distillery is a distillery on the Rhinns of the isle of Islay in Scotland. The distillery produces mainly single malt Scotch whisky, but has also offered artisanal gin. It is owned by Rmy Cointreau and is one of eight working distilleries on the island.
